]]>We value your trust immensely and go to rigorous lengths to ensure we keep it! We have a reviews team that manually looks into each profile and casting to confirm that everyone is legitimate, credible, and consistent. We aim to maximize all our users’ potential by ensuring that everyone here adds value to our community!
To do this, we look for cues to help us get to know you and your photography style. We also project how our team can help you grow your business on our platform. We ask you to complete your profile, provide social/website links, and the like! From there, we manually check your information and decide based on what you and other community members can bring to the table!
Reviews take around 1-2 business days each time. The clock starts ticking the moment you create your profile with us. So make them count by providing all the information in one go, as clear and complete as possible. Once our moderators give you their go signal, it’s your time to shine!
Your first order of business is to set up your profile. You have six (6) tasks for this which are:
Once you’re done updating your information, it’s time for you to ensure that your social media accounts are set up to confirm ownership of those profiles!
Your professional social media accounts won’t count for anything if people cannot find you on those platforms! This helps your profile indexed on search engines like Google, Yahoo!, and Bing. You want to use these platforms as a way for you to broaden your audience and win more clients anyway!
At the same time, if our reviews team has to log in to their social media accounts, or if your profile/page requires a follow/like to view your information, they won’t be able to confirm any of the details on those websites! This would beat the purpose of adding those links to your Social Networks.
For Instagram, you’ll have to go to “Privacy and Security” and tick the “Private Account” box under “Account Privacy.”
All social media websites have some form of setting your viewership to “Public.” If you need help, you’ll want to contact the company in charge of that platform. For example, if you need to change the settings on your Facebook page, you should contact Meta. Likewise, YouTube goes to Google support.
If you have worked with other clients before, it will do you well to tag them on those projects! Besides the great benefit of sharing audiences, tagging others also helps our reviews team learn that you have a solid work history with other industry leaders. This dramatically increases your chances of getting approved!
Suppose you provided a professional website or online portfolio; you’d have to create a “Contact Us” section that matches the e-mail on your ModelManagement.com account. If it does not match, our moderators will attempt to message you using your Contact form or the details you have listed. In those cases, you’ll have to answer back on that confirmation message to prove that you own and maintain the website in question.
If your online portfolio does not have a ‘Contact Us’ page or feature. You can add your e-mail address to your Bio or make your e-mail visible. Here’s an example of a Flickr account that’s set up to do so:
No one wants a cluttered workspace. While we appreciate a diverse profile, if your album is all over the place, you won’t retain attention for so long. As an industry deeply rooted in art, keeping your website visually appealing is a must! Consider categorizing your photos, choosing a color palette that is pleasing to the eye, and highlighting your pictures’ skills, methods, or impacts. If you were featured or won a competition, we’d like to know–and I’m sure your future clients would too!
Sadly, there are no rules to account moderation specifically. This is why we cannot automate it and designate a review team. Your best bet would be to lay out all your cards and let our moderators evaluate your online credentials. A big part of their job is looking for subtle indications of skill and professionalism. So hinge on the fact that your personal brand needs to underline all the points above.
There are no limits to how much information you can provide; make sure they’re not duplicated, as that may cause confusion!
Let’s say that you provided completed your profile and added your social links, but you still don’t have an approval. That may happen if our team finds that you have infringed any of the points made on those documents. These may include but are not limited to:
We uphold a strict standard at ModelManagement.com and expect all our community members to have that same bar. In case you need more information, we curated a YouTube playlist that will guide you in building a brand that caters towards our benchmark!
Yes! These guidelines stand for so long as you continue to use our platform. If you intrude on any of the above points, your approval will likely be revoked. Standards are not a one-time deal! When we mark you as a contributor, we expect you to keep the trust we gave. This is because you will have access to our community database through castings, secure messaging, and booking systems when you are approved. If you break that trust, it significantly breaks everyone else’s confidence in the industry–and that’s no good for anyone!
Again, there are no tricks to getting approved. However, suppose you work professionally, skillfully, and with integrity. We have no doubts that you can join our platform and help other members grow their careers!

]]>Hey, it happens. Maybe you got a spiffy new phone or cleared your browsing history recently–whichever the case, there are times that you’ll need to reset your password to regain access to your account. Not to worry! You’re at the right place.
Often, users cannot log in because of an extra space that is not readily visible from the e-mail textbox. Please note that both fields for your login credentials are case-sensitive. If this happens, consider typing in your e-mail address manually to ensure it’s written correctly!
The same error also appears if you incorrectly add a space on the Forgot password screen:
If you entered a valid e-mail but encountered this message, you’re likely using a different address as your login credentials. In this case, you’ll want to go to all your e-mail inboxes and search for “ModelManagement.com” to find a message, whether automated or from customer service, to check if you are using the correct one.
If you signed up using your Apple ID and selected “Hide my e-mail,” Apple generates an encrypted address on your behalf and forwards all messages to your inbox. You’ll still receive those e-mails the same way as any other, but your login credentials will be based on the address that Apple assigned you. Try finding it under the domain name: “@privaterelay.appleid.com“
Another way you can check is by going to Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID. For more information on how this works, you can contact Apple.
If you still cannot find it through these means, we may have to consider the possibility that you don’t have an account with us. With many companies having a similar name and service to us here at ModelManagement.com, that happens quite often!
If you previously logged into the device you’re using, consider checking the browsing history to find if you have a profile URL. This should start with “www.modelmanagement.com/model/” and then your unique string.
Once you have this, contact our customer service at support@modelmanagement.com with a photo identification card to prove ownership of your account. This way, we can review your information and change your e-mail address to the one you recognize!
!Important note!
Your ID is used for user identification to ensure that we make changes to the account showing your pictures. You may blur out other sensitive details aside from your name and photo. Your personal data is not stored and will be deleted once we confirm your information.
Once you’re confident of the e-mail address tied to your Model Management account, you can go to:
https://www.modelmanagement.com/account/password_reminder/
You’ll get this message if you provide us with an e-mail our system recognizes. From this point, you’ll have to check your inbox or spam for the reset password link! Try searching “ModelManagement.com” you should receive one from “noreply@modelmanagement.com” under the subject “Forgot Password Mail.”
Once you click on “Reset password” you’ll be taken to a link that will allow you to reset your login credentials!
If you cannot find the message in your inbox, it’s likely that the e-mail went to spam. If it’s still not there, you may have a device that is Firewall protected and may limit some messages coming in. In this case, consider checking your messages from a different device. For example, if you are currently logged into a computer, consider checking your phone!
All else fails, this may be an issue with your e-mail service provider. We recommend checking in with them and changing the e-mail address tied to your account altogether. If you decide to go through the latter, we will need:

]]>Whether you like it or not, social media, particularly Instagram, allows other industry professionals a glimpse into the life of models and photographers alike! An online presence is more than just clout; it’s also a way for clients to look you up apart from your portfolio.
A social influence is a powerful leverage for other community members to know how well their work will be seen if they collaborate with you. A model with lots of followers can be viewed by an audience that may have never seen you before! Likewise, a photographer with established connections can help create a spark big enough for other professionals to take notice. When used properly, a professional Instagram account and other social media websites can net you enough followers to get you booked for that next big casting!
Jorge Urena from Wilhelmina models even mentioned that they had found three out of their four top talents on Instagram in this insightful article!
Aspiring models and photographers would still do well to establish a social media presence as soon as they decide on a specific brand. Check what you have so far on your photo album; what’s more important is to get started. Then, pick the best ones out of your selection (remember to tag other professionals you’ve worked with, if ever!) You can space out those pictures to be posted regularly for now. Use hashtags to help your post on the search!
In the meantime, find a way for you to get your hands on some professional-grade photos! You can do this by going to the “Castings” tab from the website and filtering for Time for Print (TFP) photoshoots. This will allow you to find photographers willing to work with you to build your portfolio without monetary payment. Instead, you’ll get paid for the best photos you produce during the casting!
!Important tip!
Filtering for collaborations is a premium benefit, so if you’re interested, consider upgrading to a premium account! Not only will you make your searches faster, but you will also be ranked higher in the search! Use promo code “mmgift20” to get an additional 20% off your subscription.
A professional social media account is vastly different from a personal profile. First, with today’s cancel culture, you don’t want to scare off potential clients by putting all your thoughts for everyone to see. Your feed should be curated with the intent to make you look both professional and likable!
You can also consider posting about events you attended recently, locations you visited while traveling (make sure it’s a lovely backdrop!), or products you particularly like!
Ultimately, you should view these platforms as an extension of your brand and a means for you to connect with your audience. While it’s not easy to maintain a strong media presence, regular updates garner you that extra bit of attention to land that next big casting!
!Important tip!
Selfies are sometimes viewed as unprofessional by many industry leaders; however–you should also have a balance of showing your personality, interests, etc. While the occasional selfie is not a dealbreaker, too much on your feed will make it look like you have not done any professional photoshoots yet. So post those sparingly!
For more information about how to grow your brand, consider enrolling on our online Model Academy! Remember to enter promo code “mmgift20” for an additional 20% off your premium plan.
Here at ModelManagement.com, we make it incredibly easy for you to link your professional accounts to your profile. Log in and go to your Dashboard. Next, select “Edit Profile” and then click on the “Social Network” tab on the upper right side of the screen.
Here you’ll see several feeds for you to fill. At the very top are Facebook and Instagram. Followed by YouTube, Flickr, Twitter and TikTok. If you have a professional website or online portfolio, you can enter them in the “Other website” section.
Once you’re done filling out the fields, click on the blue “Save” button on the lower left side of the screen.
Easy, to unlink your Instagram account, click on the “Unlink your account” button on the right side of the screen. It should take you to a confirmation page asking you to log in to the account in question to authenticate the change. Our website is best used with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on the PC or Mac. So, if you’re on a mobile device, consider moving to a computer for now!
Another way to do this is to log into the Instagram account in question and go to the “Apps and Websites” section under Settings. Here, look for Model Management and click on “Remove.” If it does not allow you to do it, it would be best for you to contact Meta’s customer service to check for other options.
Suppose you created your account with Facebook when creating your account. In that case, you cannot remove it because it will also delete your account. If you want to add your Facebook page, you can add it to the “Other website” section to redirect your viewers to the correct field.
Suppose you just linked your account after your account has been created. In that case, you can click the “Unlink your account” button on the left side of the screen to remove the website from your Model Management account.
Another way to delink it would be to go to your Facebook “Apps and Websites” section (Similar to Instagram) and remove the link.
If you can, both! A larger audience, regardless of platform, is always good when a client decides which candidate to go with. Our best advice is always to provide links to both websites to encourage your viewers to jump platforms on their terms.
Younger, more savvy followers may prefer the short-form video content of TikTok. While older (and not surprisingly, a more significant number of professionals) still prefer the simple feed brought by Instagram for product images. Many community members use TikTok as a way to become more popular while slowly converting those audiences to Instagram in the long run.

]]>Sometimes you’ll want to quit your dreams of being a model, whether you may have received a marketable career opportunity that you want to focus on, lifestyle changes, or simply because you found that it’s no longer attractive. This is completely okay! We love knowing that you’re heading to greener pastures, even if it means leaving the platform. We always want to celebrate success regardless if this means leaving!
Before we go to our bittersweet goodbyes, there are a few things that you may want to consider before making the ultimate decision to delete your data from our platform:
One reason is that you’re not getting any traction on your modeling career. We agree that the model industry, like any other, is highly competitive and requires you to go the extra mile to succeed. There’s no question about it, but is there truly a job that allows you to live purposefully without the effort? Our team has curated this playlist for those who need the extra push on overcoming rejection and what actionable steps you can take to keep going!
Knowledge is power! This is true in the modeling industry. One thing you can take advantage of is our Model Academy, which teaches all the nuances of the industry and provides you with everything you need to become that model of your dreams!
Don’t have a premium account? No sweat~ Another option for you is to read our Tips and Tricks from our Modeling community. This free resource provides you with what you need to do to become successful at ModelManagement.com!
Another reason you can think about letting go of us is that your life diverges. You may have been offered a scholarship, offered a stable job that requires commitment, or you may be starting a family. All those are entirely valid points! However, you would lose out on all the connections you built during your stay with Model Management. It may be best for you to keep this line open should you decide to come back or if you want to continue your modeling career part-time!
If you decide to leave, here’s a gift that will be waiting for you when you come back!
Your membership will be active until the end of your current cycle. If you have an active plan, you will receive a prompt that you’re on a paid plan and that you won’t be able to get the value of your money if you decide to leave while that’s active. It would be preferable for you to cancel your renewal first.
Suppose you don’t fall into the refund conditions under our terms of use; it would be economical for you to use it until the end of your term. In that case, you may want to consider taking the time to enroll at the Model Academy! You can also view your other benefits as a premium model or a premium professional from our Help Center.
Another excellent option for other users is having a friend or family member interested in modeling take over your account. This way, you can get the full value of your premium subscription while helping someone make their dreams come true!
No problem. Again, we respect your decision and appreciate that you took the time to hear us out before canceling your account. In this case, you can click on the link below while signing in to the profile in question:
https://www.modelmanagement.com/members/settings/deletion/
Need to do it manually? Here are the steps on how to delete your ModelManagement.com profile:
1. Log in to your account. If ever you no longer remember your login credentials, or if you lost access to the e-mail address tied to your account, you can reset your password or let our support team know so we can request an e-mail change!
2. Go to your Dashboard. On the left side of the screen, Look for: “Edit Profile.”
3. It should take you to the “Personal” tab. From here, click on the “Delete account” link on the lower right side of the screen.
4. Select your main reason for leaving. If none of the options directly apply, feel free to choose the closest one. When you’re done, click on “Delete my account.”
Search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing cache your information for a certain period to boost search results faster. If it’s been a few days since you deleted your account at ModelManagement.com and your details still appear, you can request for Google to delete your data here:

]]>Life happens; we get it. Whether it be family, school, work, or a business venture, there will be times when you won’t be able to focus on your career in the modeling industry, and that’s completely OK! We make it easy for you to cancel your auto-renew to ensure that you won’t incur another bill until you’re ready to return!
Before you continue, consider all the benefits that you will lose if you cancel your subscription! You can check all the features of the premium model and industry professional plans here.
In line with the cancellation of your auto-renew, Model Management can only offer a refund only if all of the conditions are met:
1. The request to refund the membership must be made within fourteen (14) days of the initial membership purchase.
2. All renewal payments are not eligible for a refund.
3. ModelManagement.com benefits should not have been used. Examples are:
Please note that any membership purchased through the Model Now app will be subject to Google or Apple‘s refund guidelines. You’ll want to contact them for your refund request. Generally speaking, you should also meet the conditions above.
One exemption is if you made a payment to get fast-track approval but were declined. In these cases, photographers and industry professionals can be considered for a refund. Suppose the professional had already been denied once but made another payment (whether deliberate or accidental) they cannot be refunded anymore.
To summarize, if you only meet one (1) condition, you won’t be eligible for a refund. For example, if you requested a refund during the 2-week notice but had already applied to a casting during the billing period–you can’t be considered anymore. In these cases, it would be best to make the most out of your membership until the end of the subscription.
To learn more, please visit our terms of use.
Log in to your Model Management account on a web browser to downgrade your subscription. There isn’t an option to do this from the app, but your mobile browser also works. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it here!
Once you’re in, go to your profile and click on “Subscription” at the bottom left side of the screen, it should take you here:
At this stage, click on ‘Cancel subscription‘ and choose ‘Downgrade‘ to the Free plan.
You should receive a confirmation message and an e-mail confirming that your auto-renew is canceled. Feel free to come back anytime by using the promotional code: “promo60” for 60% off your next purchase! See you soon!
!Important tip!
Always keep a copy of your records for any account changes you make with all companies you deal with, especially when it has monetary value. It encourages accountability from both sides in the unlikely event that your preferred changes don’t work out.

The following payment methods are available to use:
The total amount to be charged is displayed before you confirm the purchase on the right side of the screen. Note that the monthly breakdown is provided solely to help make the decision before you submit your payment. If you’re interested in making a monthly payment, consider upgrading through the Model Now App!
To make a card payment, enter your details on your card or your billing statement. Make sure that the Name, Card numbers, Expiration date, and CVV code match to ensure that your financial institution allows the transaction.
!Important Note!
This is the only payment method that allows a discount code to be added other than Paypal. If you want to use it but don’t have a card, it may be helpful to buy a prepaid credit card available in your area. Some famous examples are OneVanilla, EzzoCard, and Amex Serve.
PayPal is a secure website that helps manage and secure your credit/debit cards and bank accounts. If you want to make a payment with an added layer of security, or if you only have a bank account but don’t want to go through the bank transfer option (or if you want to use a discount code!), this may be the best one for you.
Need help logging into PayPal or setting up your credit/debit card or bank account for purchases? Get world-class customer service at their Help Centre!
Your last option over the website would be to make a payment through a bank transfer. We can send you the details of our bank, and you’ll have to initiate a transfer for the correct amount from your side.
Please note that since ACH payments take a couple of business days to process, you should be able to receive purchase and account upgrade confirmations within 3-5 business days of sending the payment. If you have not received confirmation within the week, please message transfers@modelmanagement.com.
The app redirects your purchase based on the payment method that you have stored on your Google or Apple account. Please note that if you make transactions using this channel, you won’t have the option to use a promotional code, and either Google or Apple will manage your payment.
– You cannot split payment between different payment methods.
– Please read our Refund policy, on our terms of use, before making a payment!
