Di Rolle is a dedicated Publicist who has a strong media background both in television and radio.
As a Publicist, Di specialises in entertainment publicity. Her publicity and diplomatic skills were gained from years at Roadshow Film Distributors, The Don Lane Show and Tonight Live with Steve Vizard.
Di's first job was in Nursing, against her father’s wishes—he was hoping she'd join the bank! Reading about a new television station lead Di to write a letter to the Station - Channel O Nunawading—and Di’s life with the media was away.
From the film library, Di worked her way up to Director's Assistant then moved to Channel Nine to work with the The Don Lane Show. Don Lane hand-picked Di to produce his radio program at 2UE in Sydney. She then moved back to publicity at the Nine Network.
It was from Channel Nine that Steve Vizard, now a close friend and mentor, poached Di to come back to her beloved Melbourne for Tonight Live.
At the completion of that program it was a natural progression for Di to join the Paul Dainty Corporation and after many years, her own consultancy was born.
A self confessed American pop culture nut, Di loves general knowledge and keeps a very close eye on the political news of the day. She has definite views on life and loves nothing more than a good feisty conversation. Di knows very well that life is about choice and sees all her experiences in life as her choices and has learnt from them all.
Di is often asked to give her opinion on what’s happening on the showbiz scene and can be heard at times on 3AW.
